My opponent had no wine in his cellar at the time. I discarded a 2 value Red and received my +4 coins but not the +2 VP , Unless highest valued wine in the cellar applies to anytime in the game, even if the order has already been filled and is no longer in the cellar, I think it's a bug.

Same here, I got the money but not the points. I was the only one with wine in the cellar.
Same issue happened on above table.
no one else had any wine in their celler
geert, same thing, you had red wine 2 and sold white wine 2, no ties allowed with this card.
