Cards could be chosen from the hand with the numbers [1, 2, ..., 0]. Letters could be used for picking cards from the clearing [a, s, d, ... ]. Card placement could be done with arrow keys. [Enter] could be used to confirm a selection. [Space] could be used for drawing cards from the draw pile. -
