I am not 100% I am allowed to restart the turn but I dont see why not, as I have done many times during the course of many games.
If It is not allowed, then the text should not offer a choice to the player. -
• Please explains what you wanted to do, what you do and what happened
Played my turn: placed tile and advanced markers. I saw the actions on other players' boards and then a prompt 'waiting for other players to confirm' or something like that, with a Cancel button.
Realizing that I placed the tile completely wrong, I clicked Cancel to restart my turn. • What is your browser?

I was presented with 'You must confirm or restart your turn' message with only a Confirm button available and no restart. So the text would indicate a choice but no choice was possible. Either the Restart Turn button is missing, or the text is wrong.

Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
