Report history
On top of all this, we've included a robust undo system. If you really meant to deliver first, you can undo back to that point. No need for an additional layer of confirmation.

I consider myself to be a relatively cautious player of turn-based games, yet I still forgot to deliver once. Specifically, this happened during the first move of game #514151003, when I used a city action to discard my cards and gain 4 doubloons. This was the biggest and simplest mistake I've ever made.
Given the current specifications, I feel that mistakes like this will inevitably occur in situations where there are few actions to perform and I'm deliberating which disc to remove. This is because I progress without having time to go back.
A simple message would suffice, but could you display a confirmation message when a player performs city actions without delivering? Making a mistake early in the game makes the rest of it quite painful, and I think this confirmation message could significantly reduce such errors. What do you think?
Again, I feel this is necessary because there are situations where there are few actions to perform.
Of course, I think your program has many wonderful aspects, and this feedback is not meant to negate that. If it's difficult to make improvements from a cost-effectiveness standpoint, we will need to be even more careful to avoid mistakes while playing.

In our view, that end turn button IS the confirmation. There's a robust undo system to allow you to undo any mistake. We've replaced the automated end-of-turn with the confirmation "End Turn" button, so the player has a chance to take one last look at the results of his decisions before confirming and ending his turn.
Once you've confirmed that and a new player's turn has started, it's too late to undo, of course. But adding a second "End Turn" confirmation seems redundant (and risks people asking why there isn't a third, etc.).
