Detailed description
• Which part of the rules was not respected by the BGA adaptation
Card disappeared from the game instead of triggering its effects and moving to "past cards" pile• Is the rules violation visible on game replay? If yes, at which move number?
Bug is visible from right after this point:

At this point the card has disappeared -- its effect didn't trigger, I didn't collect the 3 lost knowledge from it, and it doesn't appear in my past:

It occurred immediately after another decline effect that allowed me to learn tech cards, and I had swapped the card that disappeared into the first row immediately before it disappeared

I have seen this happen twice now (with different monuments). The similarity is that a moment gets moved to slot one during the decline phase, right above the moment that is declining. Once this was due to decline->learn technology that moves a monument to available slot. Once it was decline->creat a monument->new monument is a swapper that swaps into slot 1. Then the monument disappears and behaves in every way like it is still in the timeline. It counts towards score, knowledge on it can be removed (though only by effects that auto target since monument is not visible), etc.
