When a dialog popup comes up, I'm unable to click it.

I can't click on either
The same issue happens when I click Use bonus card for prestige bonus and the dialog window pops up. I'm unable to click either cancel or confirm • What is your browser?

No error comes up. I can't click on either action. I have to refresh the page to play. If the action is required I need to sign in with my phone to conduct the action.
