Throughout the game, I was unable to place any tiles in the upper left corner of the Oblivion planet. It's now the only square open, and I can't finish the game because I can't place my last biomass patch on it.

I tried clicking the tile into place as usual. I also tried placing a tile in an adjacent square and using arrows to move it into place. That did not work. I tried placing a biomass patch on the square. That did not work either.
