Detailed description

• Which part of the rules was not respected by the BGA adaptation
I couldn't replace one coal with any 2, I think they could fix it. I had a contract that called for one black coal and I had 2 yellow coals, but I was unable to use the 2 coals I had to fulfill the contract.
• Is the rules violation visible on game replay? If yes, at which move number?

I had the same problem, however after searching in the rules found it takes 2 mining actions to convert two ore to another. I only had 1 action available when attempting :)
A tool tip on the convert action stating two actions required may help with understanding prior players becoming fully conversant with the rules.
