I don't know if that's possible with the current implementation, but I think it would be useful if the Alchemical Workshop Place of Power would be exempt from that setting to automatically keep resources on Places of Power without asking whether you'd like to pick them up. Alchemical Workshop doesn't give you any benefit for keeping the resources on the component, it is meant to create Gold for you by spending Elan, Calm and a Pearl, but that Gold is then stored on the component, so if you activate the option to always keep essences on Places of Power (which is generally a good thing, because usually you don't want to take them off), you'll never get the things you tried to make with the Alchemical Workshop (unless you have the Infernal Engine). So it would be great if even if that setting was activated, you'd still get asked whether you want to take the essences off of the Alchemical Workshop, if that's possible.
