The game splayed by green stack right but didn't allow me to splay a second stack right, even though several colors had multiple cards and should have been eligible to splay. "No stack matches the criteria of the effect for splaying."

Report history
Therefore, the game would check "if your green is splayed right" twice, then allowed you to splay your green cards right.
Not a bug :P
