#162100: "Unable to meld or discard"

Unable to meld. I have 3s but I am unable to add the three to the meld is my hand. So I try to discard and it says I must meld. I do not have 3 other cards that are the same so I am stuck.
• Please explains what you wanted to do, what you do and what happened
I tried to add the 3 to my meld of 3s. Then I tried to discard to end turn but it wouldn't let me.
