#162167: "Please help clarify the texts"

We have difficulties in translating the texts:
1) Does tile and stone mean the same? If so, then please equalize them. If not, where does „ stone)“ belong to?
2) Does quarry and mine mean the same? If so, then please equalize them.
3) It's not clear how the button with "(click to toggle)" works. I clicked on it, because I wanted to use the bonus (save 1 time), but it did the opposite (Last turn of Dummyplayer).
4) Please explain what you mean by: „100M times food plus areas (size 2–9) multiplied by 10^(size-2).“
