Every recent game of rummy has had errors including wrong number cards stated, addition of face cards incorrectly added to score and game completely freezing preventing me from playing my shot. I have been wrongly penalised for this. Please restore my reputation back to 100% as the game being abandoned was completely outwith my control. I did message my opponent prior to the game freezing completely to warn them that there were errors at my end.

Nothing. There was no option to reboot the game or type a message or take my shot. The game completely froze.
