When game ends we were surprised that score is different than we think it will be :) We realised that live results (red square on image) is showing points without -2VP cards and without +4VP cards. All the games I played have live correct results there.

Good example: 7 wonders. Rules are also saying that points from green cards are added at the end of the game, but showing this result live is much much better for all players. I'm sure that here it should work same.
