The third tie-breaker in the Official Rules is that "the player with the European Express bonus card wins". In this game, the tie-breaker used was the longest continuous route between the two tied players. Funpun had a route 22 cars long, and Natalu94 had a route 20 cars long, but neither player had the European Express bonus card. These two players should have been tied for second place, and not listed as second and third place.
I checked both the game publisher's website and BGG and could not find any official change to the rules. -
