A stack counts as available "if it does not currently have an architect on it" (p.4). However, my opponent was able to place an architect on the same stack twice, still gaining a tile! -
• Please explains what you wanted to do, what you do and what happened

Report history
Instead of selecting a tile where an architect is it looks like your opponent was able to play again the same tile he already played, maybe a temporary issue in BGA, maybe something he was able to trick, it would be interesting to know what he did.
I'm afraid I can't do anything with that concrete move but I've included an extra check to make sure the tile is part of the valid list offered to the player.
