(By the way: Could you log "draws the Fleas" or "draws the Fleas action card", instead of "draws the 0 Fleas", as this card does not have a number, not even the number 0?)
I think, I met the same issue at the table #666552309. Tried to see the replay, but the buttons doesn't appear, and it was just the situation described above: I had a valid card, a valid kennel to place it, but the button "place" didn't appear in the screen, so we had to quit the game, we could do nothing more...
Here you see that there are 2 valid kennels, but only 1 appears with the button "add".
