As per the rulebook with Vizier the Leader 'may move one additional space...' In the game (see move 112 or the 3rd move from the last) White player's Leader moved 2 spaces to a space that would be accessible only through a space where the said Leader would have killed itself. Getting one additional move should mean you move to one space and then you move to another one, not that you magically teleport yourself to the 2nd space.

move 112. The Leader is North of the Hermit and moves to the South-East of it. But the only way to get their is through the space between the Hermit and the Illusionist (ie. it a suicidal thus forbidden move).
