They have the required alliance for that route, and they had enough movement to go through the tailwind, to ATL, and beyond. The game allowed them 1 movement in the direction from DFW toward ATL, and no further.
It's almost as if the game was treating the tailwind more like a storm? -

This has happened in 2 games so far this morning. The other game it happened in was when the tailwind was between LAX - SFO, and the game would not allow movement through the tailwind.
