I was attempting to play the kraken card and keep the mermaid card for the next trick. The white whale had already been played, so the mermaid card would not have won me the trick. No matter how many times I tapped on the kraken, it would spit out a red error message. I eventually gave up and tapped the mermaid and it played right away.
