On my second guess, I correctly entered the code. but it was still dismissed as incorrect. Then player 2 entered the same code that I did and won. -

Move 22 or move 23. But the game log does not say which code I entered! However you can clearly see it on my game board

Anyway, this is impossible to confirm because players' answers weren't registered in the log. I've just changed that, so please bing more evidence if you face it again.
Only, i had 2x the right answer but it was rejected both times. I saw that it was the solution, after my opponent had used nearly all the hints.
