I have drawn the rightmost 2 feature tiles (1 green and 1 blue). The green tile I can place but for the blue one there is no space, because all my water spaces are filled.

But the our game does not allow that. There ist only an "Undo"-Button (Zurücksetzen). That's not helpful.
