Note: This was only when selecting a discovery tile as part of the initial setup - it works the rest of the time.
In my case, I think I claimed a tile, and it's saying that my opponent needs to, yet the status says that it's my turn.

Oddly, there will be no prompt for the player that they're stuck, but the other player(s) will have a prompt reading something akin to "waiting for _____ to claim discovery tile".
