It even says it in the tie breaker text after the game:
"(: Tie breaker: In case of a tie, the tied player with the most cocoa remaining is the winner. If still tied, the tied player with the lower number on their Player Order token is the winner. (In Dark Eclipse: the Player with the higher number))"
but it isn't applied
Game end with a tie on points (220) and cocoa (0). The yellow player must win (he has the smallest order token) but there is a tie as result of this game
