On mobile, Whenever I build a new device on my turn, I am able to lay it out by dragging components as expected, but once I confirm, all the tiles in the device disappear. The colored region that would normally be behind the device is still there, but is shrunk to just the margin dimension.
Refreshing the page makes new device appear normally.
This only occurs on mobile. New devices appear normally on desktop. -

Furthermore, I believe this caused a player in my game to be unable to interact with the device (he hadn't reloaded) -- he was activating a manufacturer and then an upgrader in the same device, and since the newly manufactured device wasn't showing, he couldn't seem to upgrade it.
I suspect reloading would have helped, but I do not know for sure.
