Report history
I.e.:
- parsimony instead of "special effects" like the one described
- graphics should support focusing on the game - not impede it
- numbers should be readable, colours should be easily distinguished
Its also removes some of the competitive nature of the game. Players should be able to recognize if they can afford something or not; it should not be the game that advises you what you are able to buy.
The same can be said for the placement of tiles. By reading the rules, one should know where they can or cannot place a tile. Why are we designing the online version of games such that they can make optimal moves for the players? (Carcassonne is a great example of this, for the record)
If many players upvote this, I'll add this as a user preference (default to current version) but definitively not as a table option.
It is therefore not permissible for the implementation to prevent players from managing their game several turns in advance, which makes Alhambra totally uninteresting.
I consider that the voluntary alteration of the colors of the elements of a game is unacceptable, including and especially when a window is displayed.
As to graying out of the bldgs I cannot buy, to me that is a neutral frill; not worth changing back.
