Most of the time players will play instead of passing/exchanging all. I suggest the default be that the player will play and the board functions be active (click on clue card, click on ATV, amulet use, etc.) Instead of forcing the yes/no option, just make “pass/exchange all cards” be an option before the action has begun. Relabeling the button to say “exchange” or something is probably better than “pass” since that is the actual actual instead of making a movement or clue card.
