When computing the stats for the chosen power, we get a 1 for the chosen power and 0 for all the other including the ones that were not available (usually the ones from the extension).
Because of that, the stats for the danger circuit powers are not really meaningful.
The solution, imho, is to do what the stats of Carnegie are doing: put a 0 or 1 for the powers that were available this game and "null" or "not a number" for the ones that were not available. This way, the average function on those stats will not take into account the games where those powers were not available.
