There is a string, but I suppose that's only for the log: boardgamearena.com/translation?module_id=1127&source_locale=en_US&dest_locale=nl_NL&find=%24%7Bplayer_name%7D%20places%20a%20Memory%20token
I would expect a full status bar message like "PlayerName is placing Memory tokens (1/2)".
