Also unable to move outbid meeples from losing bidding tile (Workshop with 3 blue meeples) to Gold Mine. When I hovered over the 3 meeples, it said "Worker(s) can be used as they have been outbid" though clicking on the workers gave no response. I also tried to click on "Bid" on the tile I wanted, but the three meeples were not visible there either.

This bug is 4 years old, can anything be done to help with it?
