Move 32: Dambrin buys Armor Plating
Move 43: Dambrin is inside Tokyo
Leskiv rolls 3 claws, +1 for being neighbour, does 4 damage total. It does not get counted 3, and after another 1 separate damage. Not a bug
Move 60: Dambrin is not in Tokyo with 2 hearts
p2w is in Tokyo with 5 hearts
Dambrin rolls 2 claws, and does 3 damage to p2w(correct).
The log mentions "Dambrin loses 1 extra with Fire Breathing", but Dambrin lost 0, due to Armor Plating and remains with 2 hearts.
Move 76: Leskiv is in Tokyo
Rolls 1 claw, does 1 damage to Gwenam(correct), does 2 damage to neighbours Dambrin and p2w(correct)
Conclusion: not a bug, but Armor Plating should leave a message in the log when it gets activated, please.
