As move #196, I clicked that blue stone on the third ring that's 4 steps behind the green stone, then tried to click the green opponent 4 steps in front of it.

Highlighting is only shown for the 3-move on the same ring, or the 3- AND the 4-move into the next ring, but not for the 4-move onto the green opponent.
The green stone was not clickable.
Both stones were single stones, no stacks.
