I think it must be related to him.
If it helps... I also accidentally downgraded a coin the round before because I was hoping I'd get a hero. Maybe those two events trigger it
I found a fix... Although not sure exactly which thing fixed it here's what I did:
Refreshed
Logged in and out
Looked at the discard pile and tapped every card ,(don't laugh haha I'm OCD)
TURNED OFF TOOL TIPS. (I think this is what did it)....
Tapped confirm again. Solved.

Nidavellir #403593578 real-time arena mode, I could not confirm the distribution of moves in the round. My time is up and the player kicked me out. In the chat of the game, I wrote about the problem, I played through the application on my android mobile. I tried using chrome browser and it didn't change.
Please annul this game and refund my 21 arena points.
