In turn-based mode, it is possible to do a replay from and see what everyone has played and discarded.
Because of that, I think it's often a good idea to have a game option that lets you see easily what you can see if you take the trouble to do a replay or take notes.
This is way a game like automobiles as an option to show what cubes remain in your bag.
For this game, I would like to be able, as an option, to see what employee cards and factory parts have already been played or discarded.
When the option is set, there could be a button or a mouse-over on a discard pile to see what's in there.
Ideally, it could even show all the cards and simply grey out the ones that have already been played or discarded (possibly with an indication of who played/discarded it when). This way, it would also help players who do no know yet every card in the game by showing them what is still to come.
