After selecting and running the Replay Moves button, the move history is reduced to only that turn's set of moves, plus a tip text bubble is added to the end of the list.
The only way then to see the the move history, including previous turn card placements, etc, is to close and re-open the game window. Then all the previous move history is restored. -

Report history
The tip bubble is a random "Did you know?"
F5 Refesh does not correct the problem because the Replay Last Moves action simply repeats itself, leaving a truncated history again.
Hence, this is the intended behaviour.
I rest my case.
