When the score dialog is shown, the next round is set up so you cannot really compare the score table with player tableaus. I think it would be better if the game stays in score review state until all players agree to move on. This will also help in turn based games, so that every player can see that the round ended. Similar thing is implemented in Sushi Go, for example.
