In move #200, buy a locomotive and place it over the 3 on the Seoul track. This awards another locomotive even though I only have a wooden track on space 1. (A green track on space 5 would be required per rules).
When the move is comitted, an error appears: "Internal Error. Try F5. Please raise a bug. No matching action T to _0"

This bug made it impossible to extend the locomotive on the Seoul track.
