Detailed description

• Please copy/paste the error message you see on your screen, if any.
My opponent drew cards from a stack, and it triggered a Town Crier. As the events were processing, I saw the buttons appear for me " You must select citizens and perform an action" so I thought it was my turn. I clicked a red meeple, assigned it to a red building and the next thing I know is the events are continuing to process and it is still my opponent's turn, who has to decide about keeping one of the two cards just drawn.
The meeple stayed on the building but never activated. The game is continuing to play, but I basically lost use of a meeple because I was allowed to play while it was not actually my turn.
I use a Rampart to combat one of the events during the action my opponent takes. Then during the resolution of the events, the game allows me to play a Meeple onto my Bastion. You will see it during the resolution though it is not actually recorded in the moves. -
