When a player throws a tile, then we have to click on "no bet". Most of the time it is not possible to bet, the message shouldn't appear. Because of that we loose a lot of time, because each player has to confirm, before the next player can play.

thanks for the suggestion. This was implemented long ago. You can adjust your choices for automatic passing in the player preferences (hamburger menu). See, e.g., discussion in here boardgamearena.com/bug?id=46572
