I don't know if this is correct or not. But as basic Raven, if you plant the crow and escape, the crow will remain in effect and will reduce movement by 1 even if Raven is no longer into play. As advanced Raven, the crow was on the guard when I escaped and the guard movement was not cancelled after I escaped.

So right now, both versions of the raven doesnt follow the same "after escape" rule. Is this OK ? Do we know the real intention ?

That is a good question, on BGG Tim Fowers has said that the bird could stay behind ( boardgamegeek.com/thread/1474418/article/20955287#20955287 ). The basic ability side of the Raven does say the crow remains where it is placed unless you move it so I could see why it stays behind. For the advanced ability, I would think the crow would stay behind until the guard started his turn in the same tile and then it would be returned.

For your specific game, I don't think a bug occurred because the crow only stops the guard when there are no alarms. "Disrupt: As a free action you may place the crow token on your current tile. If the Guard starts his movement on the same tile as the crow, AND there are no alarms, he loses all movement, and the crow is returned to you."
