Report history
About cards discarded, like in most card games it's the memory of the player that must remember what has gone. I know that BGA allows Turn Mode so player can disconnect and play after a day or 2, but in this case there is the log. In real life game you can look to scored cards of every player, but you should not have a look to the discard pile.
I don't think that know what was discarded is so strategic, the knowledge does not tell you what cards you will draw, of course if you know that 3 vertical violet card is gone you will not attempt to realize it, but why do you want to realize 3 vertical violet if you don't have the card and maybe your opponents will draw it?
I will talk with the publisher about add a "Last discarded card" possibilities for turn-based games, tells the player what was going on since he played his last turn.
