We played with the Rhubarb cards and we had a lot of people using it to discard cards from the harvest row. We got to a point where the row ran out of cards and the main deck was empty, but it did not reshuffle the main discard pile.

Move 188 is the last time anyone harvested from the row, but I can't tell from the replay how many cards were in the discard pile.
