Detailed description

• Please copy/paste the error message you see on your screen, if any.
The board zoomed in, and I couldn't zoom it back out.
I'm using a pen tablet, so there's no mouse wheel - not sure how it got zoomed in the first place.
Refreshing didn't help, and neither did closing the tab and getting in again.
Playing with browser zoom controls (ctrl +/-) only made it worse, it got really zoomed in. -

Thanks!
Thanks for the report!
I need to get my hands on a pen system to test and explore with this (I believe I have the hardware but just need to dig it out). The zoom in/out feature actually works in two ways:
1. Ctrl + Wheel Mouse, or
2. Pinch to zoom in/out on Touch
I'm assuming that the Pen + Wacom somehow simulated one of those two - I'm hoping to figure out how so that I can address it. I will advise!
Cheers,
BARONFRASER
I've just been doing some testing with a pen.
Could I please check: does it zoom for you if you hold down CTRL and drag the pen up/down?
Cheers,
BARONFRASER
I don't think it did, but I'll check on my next game and report.
Another thing I found, was that the board auto-expands when I drag the card line down (using the new feature), but it doesn't shrink back when I drag the card line back up.
(should probably be a separate ticket...)
Thanks!
Intriguing, because somehow when you were using the stylus you somehow triggered a zoom earlier, but we can't figure out how to reverse it!
Either way, I'll need to set up some kind of Zoom in/Zoom out buttons for people who don't have a wheel mouse or touch (I'll just have to figure out where to put that to keep the UI clean!)
Actually, the board auto-expanding when you drag down but not shrinking when you drag up is by design and not a bug: resizing is independent from zooming BUT the viewport is set up to not allow empty space at the bottom, so if you increase the height when you were already fully zoomed out then it will grow to make sure there's no empty space... (this won't happen if you're zoomed in and so your resizing doesn't go beyond the bottom map edge).
But if you SHRINK the space available then there's no need to change anything and the zoom level stays constant.
Cheers,
BARONFRASER
I have just posted an update which adds a configuration icon at the bottom right of the map viewport. If you click that, you should now have zoom in and zoom out functions that can work with a stylus.
It's a bit experimental at this stage, so please let me know if it works for you (and even... if it works :) ).
Cheers,
BARONFRASER
I had a little trouble finding the controls (even though I knew they existed and was looking for them), but I guess it doesn't make sense to make them more obtrusive when it's such a niche problem.
Thanks!
Do you reckon if you played for a while then you'll stumble across it in its current form, or would you think it should be more opaque (or any other way of making it more prominent)?
Cheers,
BARONFRASER
