CONSTANTLY an issue. Please fix before you let people's reputation be harmed by these bugs
We need information to be able to help:
1. What move # did this occur? I see you are still making moves in the game.
2. What web browser version do you have? (Safari 16.4? Another version?)
3. Did you take a screenshot?
Screenshot, no. Most of the people I know who have tried it on mobile devices have had issues. I can't get Ark Nova to work on mobile Firefox for iOS. Chrome for Androids and Safari for iOs, and both platforms seem to require most of us to reload in every game.

I made moves by moving to a desktop. About 218-226 seems to correspond to it
A developer just verified iPhone Safari today.
It is definitely isolated, there were 50,000 games played including mobile in alpha alone, without this happening once.
As Tisaac mentions, BGA warns you that beta games are beta, and it is best to avoid them if you are concerned about karma. If you are concerned, the Training Mode still exists in beta, and can be used.
@bumpusth do you have any sort of ad blocker, or firewall on your phone by any chance?
One user tested with Safari 16.4.1a and said it loaded fine. Another user tested with Safari 16.4.1a and said it does not load at all.
This leads me to believe that:
* The model of the iPhone itself may be an issue.
* Or, the user's chosen language may be an issue.
* Or, the game state (cards in hands, player options) may be an issue.
For anyone who cannot load with Safari, if you have access to desktop, can you please load your game on Firefox and take a screenshot?
Refresh: not working
Browser restart: not working.
I’ve had this happening 4 times so far.
Chrome can’t open the games either. Will try to have a game with it, if someone will let me.

First time reopening the browser fixed it, second time nothing did, and chrome also opened the game in the same bugged state until my time ran out. The screenshot is from chrome, but it looked the same on safari. imgur.com/a/8p31EqH
Have had issues with the game freezing in maybe 3 games before, but reloading always fixed it.
game is stuck, it’s usually Sponsor when you have a large hand, or Draw cards actions again with a large hand.
i can log onto a desktop, take the turn and things return to normal afterwards
I also tried via the mozilla app and it’s still stalls
