I tried to walk onto a closed keypad with my last action and rolled no 6. I then used rollerskates to get +2 actions and tried to wlak onto keypad again. Only 1 die was thrown on that 2nd try and two dice on the 3rd try.

Report history
You can see this is going to happen because the game puts a token on the keypad every time you fail. EXCEPT if it's your last action.
The rules say to put a token on each time you fail. And remove the tokens at the end of your turn.
This can easily be fixed by putting a token on even if it's the last action.
BTW: I don't have the game #, but in mine I failed the keypad for all three actions and then added the roller skates. My extra actions registered as if I failed twice.
I will add my game number the next time it happens.
