I wanted to use the Chimp - Gorilla frame action: spend 1 flower to gain 3 rage. However, I did not have a flower available, so the frame was not lit. I used rage to trash a Tamarin, gaining a flower (action 92). The frame lit up, and I tried to use the action.

Report history
My theory is that just before I trashed the tamarin, the game saw that there were no further frame actions I could perform. Then, after using rage, there suddenly was one more frame I could use, but the game had already registered that it couldn't be used, which caused the bug.
But I don't know anything about computer programming, so my theory isn't worth much.
