Report history
To counter that, you should have a button to 'wait for others to play the same number of verificators than you'. If you click on it after you used two verificator, then your timer would stop decreasing until everyone used two verificator or pass their turn. Then, the two verificators of everyone would be shown, and the timer of everyone which didn't end his turn would start to decrease again.
But, I don't like that solution.
Say two players have narrowed it down to 4 possible solutions w,x,y,z
Player 1 goes the Hail Mary testing Verifier A to eliminate either (w) or (x,y,z) - possibly solving with 1 test but unfortunately doesn't
(x,y,z) left
Tests Verifier B to eliminate x
(y,z) left
Test Verifier C to eliminate y
Answer z
Now that Player 2 has waited they know they have 2 free turns, so they can now do basically a binary search; use Verifier D to eliminate (w,x)
(y,z) left
Test Verifier C to eliminate y
Answer z
Hope that's clear.. Anyway I've seen at least 1 expert player who always waits til everyone has completed their move.
Perhaps an alternative solution would be to use "least thinking time" as a tiebreaker ?
I'm here to solve logic problems, not get into bizarre cat-&-mouse games of who can wait longest and work things out from other people's questions. I hate it.
