In a RL game you'd be able to move cards slightly forward (not rearrange) or otherwise indicate that a Region/Quest has had its Fame pre-requisite met based on the current cards played. This information would make decision making much quicker. Since the only hidden knowledge is your hand, not what's already in play, and there isn't a lot of player interaction (except for the Region draft mechanic) this shouldn't affect the difference between BGA vs. Live versions much.
