Regardless the result of these tests, you should also try the following and check if it helps to solve the issue :

• Try to play on BGA using your browser Private mode and/or try to disable plugins/extensions
• Try to disable your Ad-blocker or Script blocker if you are using one (Adblock Plus, NoScript, ScriptSafe, uBlock...)
• Try to clear the cache of your browser
• Try to switch to another language
