#141662: "Was told move exceeds climber limit but I don't think it was"

This is a 5p game, so at elevation 8000+ each space should allow 2 climbers, right? There was only one climber on the first spot at 8000 and when I played 3 move points on my climber right below, it highlighted the 8000 space like it was legal, but when I clicked on it, it said that wasn't allowed because there were too many climbers there.

I finally gave up and just ended my turn without moving, so not sure if that's visible in the logs.
